Question by Apocalypse Cow: Email method or software that allows tracking and no “unsubscribe”? My company sends out emails for both marketing and survey purposes. For marketing, we use a company that tells us which emails have been opened or gone into spam folders. The recipients do NOT have to click a “allow read receipt” for us to track them. These emails always include an unsubscribe box. We have been emailing non-marketing surveys (so CAN-SPAM does not apply) to OUR OWN MAILING LIST via MailMerge for years, about 2k-4k emails per blast.
