Question by Igor: Is there a wordpress player plugin that can convert my flv video stream to mp4?
I am looking for wordpress plugin that will convert my .FLV videos to .MP4 , so that iphone owners can watch my videos too?

That would be easy.watching this video to have a look at how to use this video converter to turn FLv to MP4.
I have use this one for long,you can just download one and have a try.

i do not know a wordpress player
but i often use flv convert to convert my flv files to mp4, then it is just easy to play the converted flv on my iphone 4s
