I want to create a database on my server for wordpress, but my server is free hosting server. As Im a newbie for this stuff, would you please help me to continue my work.

Ask the hosting company. Not all free web hosts give you a database.

I don’t think it can be done. Free hosts never give databases for free you have to buy a plan to have one or host your own if you are techie enough.
If you have a database then all you need to do is download wordpress and read the read me file to find out how to install.
