I am becoming a piano tuner (meaning I am the only employee). How do I make my business legal and promote it etc. I just have no clue as to how to make the business a “business.”

promoting it–ask every store
in a 35 mi radius that sells pianos
if you can list your name with them
as a tuner. AND you might
want to hold music lessons or
other activity to expand your arena.
MORE people want to learn music
than need pianos tuned.

I know the president also did this.
Is is that hard to understand that BP is a MULTI-NATIONAL corporation now. It merged with Amoco in 2000.
Are Democrats ignorant or do they just not care??

The media has taken a “hands-off” approach towards Bill Clintons’ affairs, since he left office. If Bill were not a liberal, would the media hound him to expose his ongoing extramarital affairs? Is there a double standard?
For the Clinton apologists who will say “it’s his business”, sorry comrades but the Clintons heavily promote their marriage, especially when they are faced with a scandal…. Chelsea is used as a prop, to show there was a marital relationship between Bill and sHrillery.

My father has been a plumber in the union in IL for about 20 years now. Things are slow at his job and he has been thinking about going “on his own.” He has been doing side jobs locally just on a “I know a guy” basis for a really long time. If we decide to push his side work–as in making business cards, putting up a website, getting a bank account, and all that fun stuff, would we have to do anything different?
